When you don't eat enough foods rich in protein you will become more stressed and anxious than normal.......... are you eating enough protein rich foods??

Foods rich in Tryptophan ........ including all protein rich foods ....... will aid in reducing anxiety and tension.

foods rich in Tryptophan are ~ bananas, cottage cheese, milk, meat, fish, turkey, dried dates, peanuts and all protein rich foods .............:0)

cold water fishessuch as ie ~ tuna, salmon and sardines are rich in essential fatty acids too and will do a brilliant job of levelling out your moods and stress and anxiety levels.

Also, not hydrating your body properly will cause extra stress for your body to cope with and will produce stress anxiety amongst other things........... drink at least 2 - 3 litres of water daily.

hope this helps

cheers

Due to cutting down on food you are missing out on some vitamins. A deficiency in Calcium can lead to anxiety, depression, irritability, insomnia, high blood pressure. Make sure it's the liquid form as this absorbs easier into the body. Take it with magesssium as well. You will feel a lot better when you start this.

Not enough information.

Are you taking any weight loss product?

If so, you could be exhausting your adrenal glands and getting that fight or flight sensation when the onset of the product starts kicking in to reduce appetite, which is a very dangerous way to lose weight. Because your not just losing fat, your losing muscle and bone and much needed protein for the brain which can also cause dizziness.

If this is the detail that you may have left out, this process will cause heart disease which results in stroke, aneurysm or heart attack as an end result.

Justin

Often we carry a little extra weight for protection. We may not have conscious awarenes of the protection that we get from this extra padding and when it starts to come off we experience a kind of vulnerability that can induce panic.

Also we hold memories in our body tissue as the distribution of our body parts changes and the circulation to them changes sometimes old emotions can be released.

It is a good idea to consider what the extra pounds are sheltering you from and find some other ways to protect yourself from these things. As you reduce the feelings of vulnerability it becomes safer to loose the weight.

I personally carry a few extra pounds to shield me from the negative attention I used to get from men when I had a 21 inch waist and a D cup bra.

I am still within a healthy weight range but I now look more like someone's mother than a centerfold and I get nicer attention from men.

When I feel bad about no longer looking like the ideal and try to lose weight, when it starts to come off, I feel vulnerable and panicked. I spent some time learning to box and to be tougher but ultimately, I decided that I am happier without the extra attention.

I keep my weight within a healthy range because my health is important but I keep just enough weight on to enjoy the protection.

We do have that much control.

Linda

Excessive worry causes stress
too much stress causes anxiety
Anxiety causes panic attacks
recurring panic attacks can cause a heart attack

through all this, you DO lose weight depending on your person and some people end up gaining weight...

Don't stress...

it is psychological as well as you need to start eating better and keep a journal and weight yourself and see how it goes,

Veronica

In my case, it is the lack of the foods I am used to that comfort me, and also the anxiety of realizing that if I no longer was held back by my fat body, that I might be expected to accomplish more, and that I might get unwanted attention that I am not accustomed to handling anymore.

In your case, I would have to know more about you to hazard a guess.
