Can you exercise less to maintain weight loss if its high intensity?

Will running for 30 minutes a day five days a week. at 5.9 miles per hour on a 2.0 incline be enough to maintain weight loss? I am a teenager and I’m consuming roughly 1800 calories per day. Right now I’m running for 45 minutes five days a week at 5.9 miles per hour on a 0.5 incline. I walk the other two nights to give my knees a break.

you should also try pilates or some classes at your local gym. running is good, but you should also give your other muscles a work out. counting calories is ok, but make sure your eating a balanced diet, void of processed sugars and high fructose corn syrup. no diet sodas, and drink as much water as you can stand to.
edit: also, dont forget to stretch when your running, last thing u want is strain or injury.

if you constantly are running (x) mi lies per hour at (q) incline then yes but if you are on a machine it will be less strenuous
