you should also try pilates or some classes at your local gym. running is good, but you should also give your other muscles a work out. counting calories is ok, but make sure your eating a balanced diet, void of processed sugars and high fructose corn syrup. no diet sodas, and drink as much water as you can stand to.

edit: also, dont forget to stretch when your running, last thing u want is strain or injury.</description>
