How can I get over the hump in my weight loss attempt?

I lost 30 lbs last summer through diet and excercise and am having trouble this spring getting going. I do 4 days of cardio and 2 days of weights. My diet is real good most of the time. The only problem I see is my after 9pm hunger, which usually only is rice cakes (2 tops) w/PB. Any suggestions with my late night hunger or weight loss in general? THANKS!!
