How much weight loss causes sagging skin?
October 16th, 2008 | by admin |toolgirl_75023 asked:
I’m expecting to lose about 40lbs, but I’m worried about saggy skin. Some people have to have extra skin removed from major weight loss. Can that happen after losing 40lbs?

yes .. 40 is quite a bit of weight . picture 4 of the 10 pound bags of potatoes.
you need to target for about 2 lbs a week and a lot of water . lose it slower / with lots of water . slow and steady will help win the race
you move really fast and you can lose muscle that supports the fat /
skin is gentic / condition / how much weight / how much stress / stretching its gone through
