How to avoid self consciousness during Weight loss?
October 26th, 2009 | by admin |keepin’ it green asked:
I know that people have a lot of self confidants after they loss weight and get fit, but what about during the process? You know when your cloths start to look big and people start questioning your Weight loss (sometimes a little too forwardly)? Any opinions?

Don’t look in the mirror or jump on the scales and then when people complimment you by saying you have lost weight, thank them and say I didn’t notice. Then change the subject

Put on some lipstick. It’ll distract them.
Seriously though, start dressing differently.
Wrap dresses,
wrap skirts
camisoles
fitted jackets…
are some ideas of things that are pretty flexible.
If you make it tight it’ll still fit even after you’ve lost weight.
Another idea is to look at the clothes you have that your thinner friends can wear. It will give you an idea of things that you can wear.
And if people ask tell them you are bored and you would like a change in your life.
