How to i continue from being on a weight loss plateau?
October 16th, 2008 | by admin |Becca M asked:
For the past 6 monthes, i totally changed my life style. I eat very healthy and have a lot of self control. I work out as much as i can in addition to sports games and practices and i have dropped my weight from 178 down to 137. But lately i can’t get the scale to move at all in the weight loss direction and i don’t know how to change that. I’m not sure if just cutting back calories will do it because i know that i dont eat over 1200 a day if even at all close. Can anyone help me?

IF your diet is as low as you say it is (check for hidden calories or correct portion sizes), what has happened is that your body has gotten used to your exercising routine. Ignore Leslie D, they are posting the same lame advert over and over again on here. That’s just for starters.
Secondly, to address your question. Trick your metabolism. Have a blow out. You know that pizza you haven’t been eating? Have a weekend off and order pizza. Then get back to your weight loss plan. It might just work.
Alternatively, try eating soup. Take a look at the BBC Truth About Food website, and see the study they did on how we metabolise soup rather than solid food.
Hope these tips work for you.
