I use to be fat, and didn’t lose weight until I changed my diet. Doing Pilates, and strength training helped a lot too.
But, here’s a site I found with great free info to help you shed the pounds and lose fat. It helped me by showing me the mistakes I’ve been making.

Good luck.

I agree that it can be very overwhelming when you are trying to find the best weight loss programs to follow.
But I have found a site that narrows down your choices to the best of the best programs and makes it easy for you to lose weight. These books contain meal plans and one even tells you what to eat at what time of the day for maximum weight loss.

The Overfed Head by Rob Stevens
Diets Don’t Work by Bob Schwartz
Diets don’t work. Rob Stevens explains why in his book and youtube videos. Look up Thintuition on youtube. There you will find Rob’s 6 Practices of naturally thin people which you can use for weight loss. Priceless wisdom.
Food is just fuel. Eat more than your body can use up and you will gain weight (fat) regardless of the type or content of the food ingested. Because of this you can gain weight on healthy food or stay thin on junk food. Nutrition and exercise are important, but not for weight loss. What matters most is why you eat not what or when you eat.
The only thing you have to do to get thin is this: Eat only when you are hungry and stop eating when your hunger disappears (before fullness). That’s it.
Stay away from diets, counting carbs, calories, etc. Those things will only make you fat. Trust your body. It knows when its hungry and what its hungry for. Some experts meal guide will only deprive your body of what it truly needs. Diets are as individual as fingerprints. Remember that. Let your hunger be your guide.
This way of eating is called intuitive eating and its what thin people do naturally. It has taken me years to figure this stuff out. Please appreciate the value of this advice. Watch Rob’s videos, try it, and be convinced. Not only is this doable, its easy and fun!
