Rice and pasta hold water. when I was with weightwatchers my leader used to say don&#039;t eat rice the night before a weigh in. Have a nice curry and loads of rice - maybe rice pudding for afters! Drink milk too - even skimmed as it turns to solds. Have a good drink right before you weigh in too (and don&#039;t go to the loo unless you really have to!)
