greens do it for me…asperagus, green beans, spinach…while those arent the tastiest things out there to eat, they help, being that they are extremely nutritious and virtually no calories..it helps to use seasonings such as mrs. dash on these…
also water…i have noticed that i will lose almost twice as much weight in a week if i drink at least 64 oz. of water a day…it helps keep you full and hydrated and also helps clean toxins out of the system.

i would hate to break it to you but there simply is no food that promotes weight loss.However there are foods that can help with the process of weight loss and make it a much more pleasent experiance. These are some foods you can incoporate in your diet that have been scientifically tested to help with weight loss.
- WATER – its the closest thing to a miricle food
- green tea contains antioxidants
- nuts and berries
- salmon is great
- go for your GREENS especially spinach
- beans such as mung beans
just have a healthy diet and exercise soon enough your body will adapt to the diet and exercise your doing and you will notice your getting fit without even trying.
