Okay, let’s talk.
Weight loss becomes more difficult as you get older and your metabolism slows. The golden rule as you asked it is this: in order to lose weight you have to expend more than you take in
This is accomplished best if calories are expended by a combination of diet  exercise.

I love to eat and my body type is extomorph that is medium; whereas, endomorph is small and megamorph is large. So, in order to eat what I want, within reason, I have to workout two hours a day, six days a week using a combination of aerobic, anaerobic, and Martial Arts. This works for me because I don&#039;t diet; however, even with a workout regimen as aggressive as this I still will never achieve a six-pack with out dieting, some. 

I hope that I was of some help...it is not magic if you want to change than a change in life style is necessary. Study is absolutely essential look into diet  exercise. By cutting out fat, starches, suger along with a workout program of aerobic  anaerobic exercise you can get where you want to be and feel fantastic in the process.
