I feel it does matter. I found that drinking water at room temperature is easier to drink and makes it easier to drink the required water to drink per day, 64 oz of water. I have had great results in the past drinking all my water each day at room temperature. I am currently restarting this now.

i've actually heard the opposite-- that your body burns a few calories warming up ice-cold water...but i can't really see it mattering that much. the best thing to do is drink the water, so however you like it and will drink it is best for you.

Stephanie

I think that it does matter because the water in your body is not going to be cold or hot. It probably is in the middle. So if you drink water at room temperature it blends into your system more better than cold water. It will feel more comfortable as well.

Too much cold water gives me a stomach ache. I find I could drink much more water at room temperature since it won't affect my stomach.
